For me, I didn’t realize how out of balance my daily life was until it was way, way out of balance plus almost cost me everything.
But that’s not exactly surprising to me. I’ve never been honestly keen on paying attention to stuff that didn’t interest me in the immediate moment. That is a recipe for disaster by the way. I nearly lost our family, our health plus any sort of happiness because I wouldn’t take the time for balance in my whole life.
