My last manager & I were unquestionably great friends; The people I was with and I both inspected the afternoon shift together & every one of us had the same interests! I like fishing & hiking & going to the beach & the guy appreciated paddleboarding & kayaking.
The people I was with and I often hung out together on our mornings off.
I was totally bummed out when I heard that the guy was going to transfer & take a job with another cannabis store. I wasn’t ready to leave my job, but the guy told me that I had a job anytime. That would mean moving to a different town & my mom & Mom live here. I’ve lived here my whole life. I played pigskin for the private school team & I was captain of the baseball team. I never thought about leaving this location, until the new manager started laboring here. The guy is a jerk & he does not treat anyone unquestionably nicely. I guess it’s unfair to compare this guy to my outdated boss, but the more than one of them are like night & afternoon. I’ve never worked for someone that is so mean & condescending. I mentioned quitting my job at the marijuana dispensary to transfer across the state & my mom & Mom went crazy. They gave me a list of 50 reasons why it was a exhausting idea, but every afternoon that I work with the new manager, I come up with another reason why it sounds like a relaxing idea. I love my mom & Mom a lot, but it might be time to try something different & new.
