I ordered cannabis supplies online and I planned to have everything delivered to my apartment.
Unfortunately, it was too early in the day and the cannabis dispensary didn’t have a driver available early in the morning.
I had to go to the shop to pick up my order. While I was in the store, the budtender told me about some new products and specials. One of the new products was a chocolate edible. The smooth and creamy chocolate was supposed to taste like dark chocolate with hazelnuts. It looked good to me and it was 20% off that day. I decided to purchase two of the edible chocolate candies. I picked up my order and the chocolate edible cannabis treats and went back to my house. On the way home I decided to try one of the pieces of chocolate. I opened the package and looked at the candy. It had a strange and odd color and the texture in my mouth was not smooth or creamy. Instead of driving the rest of the way home, I decided to turn around and go back to the cannabis dispensary. I walked through the door and the lady at the window immediately recognized me. I told her that I wanted to return the Edibles that I purchased. I told the manager that I was unhappy with the flavor and texture and she gave me a full refund for both of the items that I purchased. She even refunded the money for the chocolate that I already consumed. I wasn’t very pleased with the edibles, but the customer service was top notch.
