It’s not exactly easy to start a recreational marijuana dispensary. In fact, the paperwork takes hours and hours to complete, then government agencies are set up in a way that seems to favor crucial corporation owners with lots of money. I applied for a license to open a recreational marijuana dispensary, a few days after I applied, I acquired a PC call from 1 of the people in the county clerk’s office… The guy told myself and others that I had to choice up all of our paperwork, because it was not filled out respectfully. I didn’t suppose what was wrong with the paperwork and he told myself and others that he did not have time to discuss it with me, but he simply provided myself and others the envelope with everything inside. I was a little sad about the process and the fact that he did not give myself and others any information. I decided to contact a lawyer that specializes in cannabis law. The lawyer told myself and others that he would be glad to help myself and others fill out the paperwork, but consultations start at $299 an hour. I could not think the fees when I heard them. $300 just to help myself and others fill out some paperwork seems love an astronomical fee to pay. I contacted a couple of other cannabis consultants and each 1 of them wanted the same fees. After realizing I would have no choice except to spend our money a consultant, I decided to go back to the original lawyer. The guy had lots of recommendations and great reviews and he promised he would be able to get myself and others a license or I would get our money back.
