I won’t sit here and say that pro wrestling is legit, however I will make the case that “who cares?” Wrestling is a television show like any other show.
None of the shows are real, not even reality shows! Everything the two of us watch as entertainment is scripted, so I couldn’t care less about the legitimacy of pro wrestling, I just adore seeing it! I started dating this guy about a few weeks ago, and he turned me onto it.
Every one of us was smoking some cannabis, and he just turned on his favorite wrestling show. I was dismissive of it at first, but as the two of us kept puffing away on the Purple Haze and seeing these big warm guys beating the stuffing out of each other I started to love it. After that it became a weekly event, and the two of us would sit on the sofa for 2 hours smoking cannabis, having drinks, and seeing pro wrestling. Fast forward a few days, when the relationship was going badly and the two of us decided to end things. The following month I watched wrestling all alone, with a bottle of wine and no cannabis, and it was not nearly as much fun. I realized that without marijuana the show just wasn’t as entertaining, so I decided to scoot down to the cannabis dispensary the following week. Having Super Sour Diesel in the bowl made wrestling a lot more fun, but it still wasn’t the same. It wasn’t just the television show or the cannabis, it was the combination of doing it all with that special guy. I miss him.
