I guess my old man was right about some things.
And one of those is that it’s always better late than never.
It took some time for me to really see just how important those words actually were. I was actually dreading aging and now I’m finding it to be more enlightening and fun than I ever thought it could be. But that also has something to do with discovering marijuana at the ripe old age of 70. Can you believe that I went all this time without ever taking a chance on recreational marijuana? I know the staff at the local cannabis spot were blown away by this piece of reality. Yep that’s the facts when it comes to my experience. I just never engaged with any sort of cannabis products. And it’s not like I’ve ever been against recreational marijuana or anything like that. It’s just the few times that I was invited to indulge in recreational marijuana, it didn’t seem appropriate. That was back in college and I was on a scholarship that demanded excellent grades. So I just never did much of anything but study when I was at school. Then life just happened in here I am. I’m single, newly retired and enjoying cannabis products for the first time. I have to say it was definitely worth the wait. I’m particularly partial to the sativa strains for sale at the local cannabis spot. Next on my list are some hybrid strains that I’ve heard really good things about. But I have to say that I’m most enamored with the cannabis edibles. They’re so much fun and I like the fact that I don’t have to smoke these cannabis products to enjoy the benefits. Plus I love all the crazy flavors and particularly the cannabis gummies.
