I suppose the first thing that made the most difference was accepting the fact that I indeed had an eating disorder, then next best thing was that I was able to reach out and find help from professionals committed to helping me get better, but i’m also tipping my cap to the cannabis products I get at the cannabis dispensary. The staff in there have been actually enjoyable and have kept me new and comprehensionable about all the medical marijuana benefits. Still, being a guy, it felt even tougher for me to accomprehension that indeed, I had a real problem with food. I’m 32 now but all of this actually started my senior year of high college. I was consistently sort of pudgy and not legitimately athletic, but I so wanted to fit in more and I felt terrible about my size. So that’s when the binging and then starving myself started. It was like a yo you for such a long time. I pretended to myself that I had a handle on all of this when in fact, it was handling me, then just a couple of years ago, my bloodwork came back clearly showing that I was malnourished. But I actually liked the fact that I was skinny. I was also binging and purging my that point as well, one of the first things I did when I got into therapy was to figure out how to get a medical marijuana card, then my healthcare worker suggested that the cannabis products could help me notice and accept having a healthy appetite. I now see food as elegant fuel for my body and soul. The cannabis flower products actually have made quite a difference.
