My last employer & I were really great friends, however every one of us both inspected the day shift together & every one of us had the same interests… I appreciate fishing & hiking & going to the beach & the guy appreciated paddleboarding & kayaking.
Every one of us often hung out together on our days off.
I was totally bummed out when I heard that the guy was going to transfer & take a task with another cannabis store. I wasn’t ready to leave our task, but the guy told myself and others that I had a task anytime, and that would mean moving to a odd town & our mom & dad live here. I’ve lived here our whole life. I played football for the middle school team & I was captain of the baseball team. I never thought about leaving this locale, until the new employer started toiling here. The guy is a jerk & he doesn’t treat anyone really nicely. I suppose it’s unfair to compare this guy to our ancient boss, but the two of them are appreciate night & day. I’ve never worked for someone that is so mean & condescending. I mentioned quitting our task at the marijuana dispensary to transfer across the state & our mom & dad went crazy. They gave myself and others a list of 50 reasons why it was a bad idea. Every day that I work with the new employer, I come up with another reason why it sounds appreciate a great idea. I appreciate our mom & dad a lot, but it might be time to try something odd & new.
