I should have done a little research before I became a medical marijuana patient. I simply thought that once I got the card I would be invincible. I did get our medical cannabis card because I wanted to smoke at concerts. I always smelled weed when I went to shows. I always thought it was awesome that people could smoke and care about rock n roll. If you ever have been high, you need to put on rock n roll. It just sounds better and makes you recognize so great. Well I brought a whole supply of medical cannabis with me in our bag. I made sure to bring our medical cannabis card with me too. When I got to the checkpoint, the 16 year seasoned worker told me I could not bring it in. I explained that I had a legal medical weed card. I need our cannabis for anxiety, and she said that I can’t bring weed into a public locale and smoke it. When I said that I had smelled weed at a concert before, she told me that was illegal. I asked to see someone older and with authority and found the exact same answer. I had to make hte trek all the way back to our automobile and stand in line again separate from our medical weed. It was such a letdown to realize that I can’t listen to rock n roll outside and smoke. I recognize like I should. It is a vape after all. There is no smell and nobody would be bothered by it.
