I really didn’t want to have something that complicated.
I have trouble sleeping at evening. I wake up in the middle of the evening multiple times to pee, get a drink and just walk around. I also seem to be at the wrong temperature, uncomfortable and unable to wind down. It is awful. I have tried everything natural to help myself and others sleep. I ate kiwi before bed, worked out, stretched, tried yoga and even substituted our bedding. A sound machine, bamboo sheets and new mattress didn’t do the trick. I started looking at sleeping pills although I didn’t love the reviews they got on them. That is how I stumbled upon the medical pot route. A lot of people are using medical grade cannabis in order to sleep at evening, then cannabis calms the body and the mind down. Apparently you need the right amount of THC in order to sleep. There is a sweet spot if you will. Too much THC and you are up all evening, not enough and the cannabis was worthless. Thankfully our state allows for both recreational and medical cannabis. I didn’t need to worry about getting a medical cannabis card. I just hopped over the cannabis dispensary near myself and others and asked for help. The budtender was wonderful and symptatehci to our troubles, then she talked about taking CBD oil right before bed in our tea. I really didn’t want to have something that complicated. All of us then agreed that vape products sounded up our alley. I can just vape a bit before bed and it is hardly any work. I haven’t been doing it long although I am hopeful.
