My sister was in a terrible car accident last month. Her car was trapped under a semi truck for several hours. My sister was lucky that she wasn’t killed in the accident. Her mangled body was removed by the fire company and they took her to the emergency room. My sister had three surgeries to fix the damage to her leg. One of those surgeries lasted for 8 hours and they put two rods and pins in her leg. We always tell my sister that she is more metal than flash. Since the car accident, my sister has had a lot of pain. I really feel bad for my sister because I know how bad it can feel to have pain like that. I tried to talk my sister into using medical marijuana to help with the pain. My sister has never used marijuana even one time in her life and she is 40 years old. When we were in high school, she was on the debate team and in the chorus. She never would have smoked marijuana with the losers at school. When I brought up medical marijuana, my sister was immediately against the idea. I tried to tell her that there were a lot of good reasons why medical marijuana would be able to help. She didn’t want to give it a try, even when I went to the dispensary for her and picked up something that I thought would help. I got a couple of Edibles that are made for pain but my sister wouldn’t even eat one of them. I really do think that marijuana would help a lot if she would just try it.
