The homeless man has been sleeping in our dumpster area for the past couple of weeks
Bathrooms at the marijuana dispensary were closed all day for repairs. When I got to work in the morning, the boss already had a sign on the door. She told me there was a problem in the bathroom and not to bother going in there. She told me that the plumbing company was going to handle the bathroom repair later that afternoon. The bathrooms were closed all day and I never saw a plumbing company at all. The next morning the dispensary bathrooms were open and the problem was fixed. I didn’t know what was going on, but I wasn’t going to complain. A couple of days ago, there was another closed all day for repairs sign on the bathroom. I decided to look inside of the bathroom before I alerted the manager. I never should have done that. Inside of the bathroom was a huge mess. It looked like someone had an accident. The mess needed to be cleaned up. My boss ended up telling me that she has been letting the homeless man use the bathroom in the morning when he needs to clean up. The homeless man has been sleeping in our dumpster area for the past couple of weeks. My boss let the guy use the bathroom and he broke a pipe and the next time that she let him use the bathroom, he made a huge mess like that. I told the manager of the dispensary that she has to stop being nice to the homeless guy even if it makes her feel bad or hire me to come in earlier so I can do it.
