Ever since I got pregnant, the smell of marijuana makes me sick. I never had any problem with the smell of marijuana and the past and I even smoked weed a couple of times with my boyfriend. I don’t really like the way that it makes me feel, so I usually drink when my boyfriend is smoking marijuana. I haven’t been drinking or doing anything at all since I got pregnant and the smell of marijuana makes me want to throw up. My boyfriend can’t even smoke outside on the porch, because the smell of marijuana comes into our apartment as soon as he opens the door. My boyfriend was going to hang out with his friend that lives on the second floor, but that guy moved a couple of weeks ago. Ever since then, my boyfriend has been sitting outside in his truck. At the end of the night before he gets ready to go to bed, he takes the dogs for a walk and then sits in his truck for 30 minutes. I feel bad that my boyfriend has to sit in the truck and smoke weed, and I don’t want him to get caught. It’s not exactly legal to sit outside and smoke. Recreational marijuana is only legal inside of your home on your own personal property. Sitting in a car on a public street is really pushing the boundaries. Thankfully we don’t have a lot of police presence in this neighborhood. I’m due in 3 months and then my sense of smell will probably return to normal.
