My sibling Ed had been talking about opening a new cannabis dispensary ever since she found out they may legalize medical marijuana.
Ed told me I could be her 1st customer, plus my 1st order would be on him.
I wrote an article about medical cannabis use in other states. It wasn’t as simple to open a cannabis dispensary as Ed thought it would be. Ed would need to take classes plus learn more about cannabis than she ever thought she wanted to know. Ed would need to take supplier classes plus get licensed for many things. Ed had never been the most responsible person, plus Ed would abruptly need to be highly responsible, or risk loss of business, and/or legal issues. I told Ed when she opens the cannabis dispensary, my great friend and I would discuss medical cannabis for me. Ed told me I was a downer plus walked away from me. That conversation happened almost three years back, plus she is now working on getting her own cannabis dispensary. Ed told me that with all the talk about medical marijuana also including recreational marijuana; it was time to get down to her new business. Some laws were less stringent, plus she wanted to get in on the ground floor of opening a marijuana cafe in our area. I knew there would be something about her plans. Ed had gone from wanting a medical cannabis dispensary to running a legal medical cannabis dispensary that also included recreational cannabis. Now Ed is talking about a marijuana cafe which may or may not be included in the laws governing the use of recreational marijuana.
