Cannabis helps with many of the symptoms of menopause

I’m able to apply ointments, balms or roll-ons directly to the area that hurts.

I have been going through menopause for approximately eight years. At this point, I have little hope of the symptoms ever disappearing entirely. I would be happy if the severity of the issues would lessen. I am very thankful that I finally figured out that cannabis provides an effective treatment. For several years I struggled with hot flashes, insomnia, migraines and muscle aches. I never go to the doctor, because I don’t trust their diagnosis and am very reluctant to risk the side-effects of prescription medication. A friend of mine suggested a trip to the local cannabis dispensary. I first did some research online and was extremely impressed by the many success stories from women going through issues similar to mine. I like the idea of utilizing a plant-based remedy. One of the budtenders at the dispensary was super helpful in explaining different products and making recommendations. I was truly amazed by the options available at the dispensary. I like indica edibles to treat my insomnia. Eating a gummy an hour or so before bed helps me to get a decent night’s sleep. The long-lasting and greater intensity of effects are ideal. I use a variety of topicals to alleviate muscle soreness and stiffness. I’m able to apply ointments, balms or roll-ons directly to the area that hurts. For migraines, I like tinctures because I can be precise about dosing and the effects come on very quickly. I am still searching for something to combat the hot flashes. While I feel cannabis products with a higher CBD to THC ratio have made a big improvement in my many symptoms, I still experience frequent and uncomfortable hot flashes.
