If they want to pick a fight, I can put up a great 1

I have long parked my food truck at the corner of Market Street, across from the recreational marijuana dispensary.

I have been parking my food truck here for at least the past 6 months, maybe longer, and I have never had a problem there.

In fact, I have a deal with a recreational marijuana dispensary across the street. Anytime 1 of the dispensary customers purchases over $100 worth of items, they are given a free card for a Coke of their option from my food truck. Last weekend, I set up all of my supplies and I headed over to the recreational marijuana dispensary. As soon as I rounded the street corner, I could see another food truck parked in my spot. I parked in the street and I walked over to this food truck. I asked the girl if she had permission to work in the parking lot, and she informed me that she didn’t need a permit. She quoted some neighborhood ordinances and the county codes, however I wasn’t really paying attention to the woman. I went inside the marijuana dispensary to talk to the director… Dave told me that she could not keep this girl from setting up in the parking lot, even if both of us already had an agreement. I didn’t enjoy having competition on my corner, however I wasn’t going to lay down separate from a down and dirty fight. I told the director of the recreational dispensary to send everyone my way. I handed out more free coffees than the previous weekend, but my sales were through the roof on all my cakes, cookies, and pastries. I feel a little healthy competition is good for business.
