Sativa strains are better for using during the daytime

The doctor gave me a prescription for medical marijuana a couple of months ago and since then I have been using weed to help with anxiety and panic attacks.

I was constantly sleepy and tired and it was affecting my work. I talked to the bartender at the marijuana dispensary about the problem and she wanted to know which strains I have been using. I named a couple of different marijuana strains and she told me that everything I mentioned was an indica strain. The bartender asked me if I tried any hybrids or sativa strains. I honestly did not know there was a difference. Every time I went to the medical marijuana shop, I decided to buy whatever was on sale. I was using indica strains because they happened to be on sale. The budtender told me that sativa strains are better for first time users, because they help with anxiety and panic attacks but they don’t make you feel drowsy. The budtender helped me pick out a few sativa strains and I purchased three different ones to take home. After using the sativa strains for a couple of days, I can already tell that they will work out much better for daytime use. I have to medicate all day and that means working with weed in my system. I need a strain that will allow me to function with a clear mind that isn’t tired. My favorite strain so far has been White Buffalo. It’s strictly sativa and it gives me a little energy boost, but I still feel calm and less anxious throughout the day.
