As a young man, I didn’t care all that much about going to school, then it felt like task to me, mostly due to the fact that they always told us that we would have to be now working for the rest of our lives, so this was prep for the way that life would be, and they were right, & the rest of my life has been work, however a couple years ago I discovered that some jobs are better than others, perhaps my problem was now working for a crucial company instead of a small business, because in sites like that everyone gets treated as if they were a number. Or perhaps it was the change of profession, & becoming a budtender at a local cannabis dispensary… First of all, let myself and others dispel a popular misconception, in that at no point have I ever seen or stinked anyone smoking cannabis at the dispensary, and many men and women suppose that budtenders just hang around the counter smoking marijuana all afternoon, however this is 100% false, but a cannabis dispensary is more like a pharmacy then a school dorm room, consistently clean, well staffed, & above all else professional. Of course, every single one of use blasts cannabis after working all day, & occasionally before work, & on our afternoons off. A cannabis dispensary is a good locale to task because pot smokers are more chill than other people, even when they aren’t high, but we all care about cannabis, for our own several reasons, & it makes going to work fun because you get to help people find what they are looking for. Breaking a sweat at the cannabis dispensary is fun, however more than that it is rewarding.
