They do not ask any probing questions and you do not have to give them a reason. They want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their cannabis purchase. Some of days after I returned the cannabis-infused drinks, I got an SMS from the store. The manager wanted to apologize for our lack of enthusiasm for their cannabis-infused drinks. She asked myself and others to give them another occasion to make myself and others more ecstatic and he included a 10% off coupon for our next purchase. I did not expect them to give myself and others the refund in the store and also send myself and others a coupon in the mail. I thought this was entirely good client service and I was ecstatic that I decided to take the products back to the shop instead of throwing them in the garbage. I used the 10% off coupon to buy some marijuana oil and cannabis concentrate. I wasn’t going to try our luck on any more beverages. I can still taste that brutally horrible flavor in our mouth.
