I didn't expect them to deliver me a full refund & send a coupon

I got a box of cannabis-infused drinks from a local dispensary.

I was terribly unhappy with the taste & various flavors of the cannabis infused drinks.

I bought a 4 pack, & I took three of them back down to the dispensary. I recommended a refund from the dispensary… The manager happily refunded the retail price. That is one of the reasons why I consistently buy our cannabis products from this identifiable locale, because anytime you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason at all, they will give you a refund of your cash or replace the product with something else. They do not ask any questions & you do not have to deliver them any reason. They want most people to be 100% satisfied with their cannabis purchase. Then, just a small number of afternoons after I returned the cannabis infused drinks, I received an email from the store. The manager wanted to apologize for our lack of enthusiasm for the nasty cannabis infused drinks. She asked me to deliver them another opportunity to make me satisfied & she included a 10% off coupon for our next purchase. I didn’t expect them to deliver me with a refund in the store & also send me a coupon in the mail. I thought it was truly superb customer service & I was cheerful that I decided to take the products back into the store instead of throwing them in the garbage. I used the 10% off coupon to purchase some marijuana flower & cannabis concentrate. I wasn’t going to try our fortune on any further beverages. I can still taste that horrible flavor in our mouth.
