I have been working on my cooking skills

First of all, I am not a chef, I am a cook, however i haven’t gone to culinary school yet, even though I have taken a lot of cooking classes both in person and virtually, this pandemic was great for my skill set, I had a ton of extra time to take Zoom cooking classes and putz around the family room! So maybe I don’t have the credentials yet, even though I do have the skills, so I am setting out to make a name for myself.

The kitchen is entirely small, the menu is entirely limited, even though I am determined to become the best cannabis chef anyone has ever seen. I worked out a deal for a trial run at the local cannabis dispensary for a trial run to sell my home baked goods as well as dishes. I will prepare, package, and label all of my multiple cannabis infused treats, and sell them from a table inside their dispensary. I basically have to do all the work, and agree to pay 25% of everything I make back to the cannabis dispensary for the “table rental.” So this is not a great deal for me, not at first, but here is the great section — if the cannabis dispensary likes our money, and the buyers love our products, they will provide me a real deal. From then on I will deliver the cannabis edibles and treats to them, and they will sell them and pay me 75%. It’s still the same cut, but at least the budtenders at the cannabis dispensary will be doing some of the work.
