I started working at a marijuana dispensary

I was sizable enough to play football, but not fast enough, but instead, I ended up being a bouncer at a local club.

Whenever a live musical act would play I would hover near the stage, to make sure nothing bad happened. Usually it was unquestionably peaceable, but depending on the kind of music and the drink specials, people would get drunk and rowdy and there would be an altercation. Breaking up fights wasn’t disappointing work, I guess, but it didn’t pay well. These mornings I have moved on to “greener” pastures, and I check IDs at the door of the local cannabis dispensary. Even though this is a legit business, run unquestionably similarly to a pharmacy, it is still a marijuana corporation and therefore it’s wise to be prepared for an uncivilized element. We do get people who come into the cannabis dispensary with no cash or intent to buy anything, they are just looking for freebies, or to shoplift. Well, with a sizable hoss care about me at the door, you better believe almost everyone thinks twice about trying to pocket any cannabis products from my store! We also have a camera system, but no one watches them, we just record everything in case some cannabis products go missing so we can have proof. I really care about this job. I’ve had to chase a few people out of the cannabis dispensary, but I haven’t had to break up one fistfight. That’s the great thing about cannabis smokers, unlike drunks they are not prone to acts of violence, just taking naps.
