Online ordering has helped our business.

We have one very busy cannabis shop in our town and I happen to be the manager.

We have over 15,000 square feet of shop space. There is a lounge in the back of the cannabis dispensary that is decked out with a couch, chairs, a large television set and a bar. We have a large inventory of tinctures, edibles, flower, and vape pen cartridges, that is much larger than that of any other marijuana dispensary in the state. Our cannabis shop had only been open for three weeks, and already we had customers in and out of the lobby all day long. Our lounge was so busy that our budtenders never got a chance to go on break. When we had our weekly managers meeting, I broached the subject of setting up online ordering for our marijuana dispensary. Not only would we get more customers, but it would save people needing to wait in the lobby for such a long time. He said he would give it some thought. The next week I brought up the subject of online ordering, once again. I explained that if we could put our marijuana dispensary online, people would have more exposure to our products. They could take their time ordering, and know exactly what we had in stock and what our sales were for that week. Once again, I was told that he would take that into consideration. The third week, I went to the manager’s meeting. Even before I could say anything about online ordering, he brought up the subject and said he had someone working on it. The new website would be up and running in about a week.
