When I was a kid and I got sick, my mom always gave me grape flavored cough and cold syrup.
It was supposed to taste good, but it was absolutely disgusting.
I could barely swallow the thick syrup. Thankfully, I knew it made me feel better. When I got old enough to choose my own cold medicines, I never picked that grape-flavored elixir again. I had not tasted that awful flavor in almost 20 years, but I recognized the disgusting flavor immediately. Unfortunately, the awful taste came from a grape flavored cannabis drink that I purchased for 35 bucks. The grape flavored cannabis drink had 500 mg of THC. I didn’t read the reviews before I made the purchase. It was on sale in the dispensary on Saturday, and I decided to try it. I took the grape flavored cannabis drink home with me and I put it in the freezer to get cold. When it was ice cold, I took it out of the freezer and took a big drink. I don’t know why I didn’t take a sip. That would have been a much better idea. Instead, I took a huge gulp and then spit it all over my coffee table. The grape flavored cannabis drink tasted exactly like the cough and cold medicine that my mom gave me when I was a child. It was absolutely not an enjoyable flavor and I did not finish the drink. The next time I went to the cannabis dispensary, I made sure to tell them how utterly dissatisfied I was with the product.
