Why would you do that? Because this will give you time to get to realize how reliable your property owner is.
When I was younger in addition to far less experienced when it came to apartments, I once stayed in a corporate suite, which was an appealing place for sure, however the property owner was basically absent. Whenever I often would have an issue, such as the air conditioner unit going down or having a gross smell, I would go to call the property owner in addition to all I would hear is ringing.
