Trying to improve my cannabis cooking

I will prepare, package, and label all of our numerous cannabis infused treats, and sell them from a table inside their dispensary.

First of all, I am not a chef, I am a cook, I haven’t gone to culinary university yet, although I have taken a lot of cooking classes both in person and virtually, and this pandemic was great for our skill set. I had a ton of extra time to take Zoom cooking classes and putz around the home office! So maybe I don’t have the credentials yet, although I do have the skills, so I am setting out to make a name for myself. The kitchen is undoubtedly small, the menu is undoubtedly limited, although I am determined to become the best cannabis chef anyone has ever seen. I worked out a deal for a trial run at the local cannabis dispensary for a trial run to sell our home baked goods and dishes. I will prepare, package, and label all of our numerous cannabis infused treats, and sell them from a table inside their dispensary. I basically have to do all the work, and agree to spend money 25% of everything I make back to the cannabis dispensary for the “table rental.” So this is not a great deal for me, not at first, however here is the great part — if the cannabis dispensary prefers our cash, and the customers love our products, they will provide me a real deal. From then on I will give the cannabis edibles and treats to them, and they will sell them and pay me money 75%. It’s still the same cut, however at least the budtenders at the cannabis dispensary will be doing some of the work.
