Happy that the cannabis dispensaries carry on with their delivery services

Even though I entirely can’t risk eating at numerous restaurants right now, I can still make carry-out orders and get them when I’m out grocery shopping or running other types of errands.

This isn’t as simple any longer either, as most people in our area are going out regularly without a mask these days.

Just stepping into a restaurant full of mask-free people is enough to stop me from going back again. Thankfully, there are more and more restaurants who offer delivery services. Originally you had to use some third party like Ubereats, Grubhub, and DoorDash. These days, a lot of local restaurants have hired their own delivery drivers. It was their only way to stay in business as states across the nation were imposing strict bans on indoor dining. I’m pleased that the restaurants that added delivery services are still offering them. Even though some people easily believe that the pandemic is over, the delta variant is taking out thousands of people worldwide at this moment. It’s easily sweeping through this country pretty much like a deadly hurricane hell-bent on causing severe damage. I’d much rather go for a delivery order from the restaurant instead. Thankfully most of the dispensaries in our state rolled out weed delivery services last year and have kept them. There are times you have to spend money on a delivery fee, however it’s certainly worth it. I don’t want to relax in a dispensary lobby for 30 minutes with people who aren’t even wearing masks these days. I have a delivery order set for Tuesday, however I’m upset the dispensary is going to postpone it due to the serious weather conditions. Unfortunately, I won’t really know until Monday if and when the postponement will occur.
