It’s easy learning how to get a medical marijuana card in my home state

It’s easy to get frustrated and give up when you’re struggling to learn something new. I am a new homeowner and had the hardest time trying to pay my property taxes last year because I was inadvertently calling the wrong offices. I’d talk to someone in the DMV who would send me to the property appraiser, but then that office would transfer me to somewhere else. When I finally got a hold of the right person, I nearly broke down in tears over the relief I was feeling. I was getting dangerously close to the deadline where they literally put a lien on your house if they don’t get your property tax payment in time. These people are just trying to do their job, but sometimes I wish they’d be more willing to help someone who clearly has no idea what they’re doing. When my state finally passed a medical marijuana law, I immediately froze with fear. How was I supposed to get into the state’s medical cannabis system? At the time I didn’t even know what illnesses qualified for getting a medical marijuana card. Thankfully, it was much easier than I expected and I quickly learned how to get a medical marijauna card in this state. I just needed to find a medical marijuana doctor and give them my chart from my main physician. Since the marijuana doctors can give you a cannabis recommendation for almost any reason, the documents from my family physician were merely symbolic at best. The hardest part of getting a medical marijuana card was the money I had to pay the marijuana doctor on top of the money I had to pay to the state.
