Most of the dispensaries in our state now have weed delivery services

Even though I can’t risk eating at sit down restaurants right now, I can still make carry-out orders and get them when I’m out grocery shopping or running other errands.

This isn’t as easy any longer either, as almost everyone in my area is going without a mask these days.

Just walking into a restaurant full of mask-free people is enough to prevent me from going back again. Thankfully, there are more and more restaurants who offer home delivery programs. Originally you had to use a third-party company like Ubereats, Grubhub, and DoorDash, but now many local restaurants have hired their own delivery drivers. It was their only way to stay alive and afloat as states across the nation were imposing bans on indoor dining. I’m glad that the restaurants that added delivery services are still offering them. Even though some people think the pandemic is over, the delta variant is killing thousands of people worldwide right now. It’s sweeping through this country like a deadly hurricane hell-bent on destruction. I’d much rather get a delivery order from the restaurant instead. Thankfully most of the dispensaries in my state rolled out weed delivery services last year and have kept them in the month since. Sometimes you have to pay a delivery fee, but it’s worth it. I don’t want to sit in a dispensary lobby for 30 minutes with people who aren’t even wearing masks anymore. I have a brand new delivery order set for Tuesday, but I’m worried the dispensary is going to postpone it due to severe weather. Unfortunately, I won’t know until Monday if and when the postponement will occur.
