The mold growth on the edibles was a surprise

I rarely ever received complaints from customers about the edible cannabis treats in our store tasting the worst.

Most of the items I have tried plus they are divine.

When a single customer makes a complaint about any sort of edible, it is relatively straightforward to dismiss the complaint. When numerous customers have the exact same complaint, I have to do something about it. This past week, I gained numerous complaints from customers about the bags of peanut butter cookies. These customers claimed that they spotted mold on the cookies inside the bag. I thought it was completely bizarre, plus I planned to look into the issue. I got stressed at work plus I actually forgot to check the sell by date on the cookies. When another person called the dispensary plus complained that they were sick from eating the same brand of cookies I had to figure this all out. It was a totally different flavor, but the same brand. I easily began pulling all of the bags from the shelves. I got a hold of the cannabis edible manufacturer for further instruction. They claimed there was no way the complaints could be true, since all of the bags were vacuum sealed from the plant. I decided to open a few samples while on a video chat with the corporate liaison from the edible cannabis company. Two of the bags that I opened had mold, regardless of the fact that they were vacuum sealed at the manufacturing plant. I consulted with my attorney after I found out about the mold that was in the bags. I suppose the cannabis edible owner might have to answer a couple of lawsuits, but every one of us is completely in the clear for any fault.
