Adjusting to buying cannabis under quarantine

It started as a means to an end.

I had never grown pot before, and never wanted to.

I suck at gardening, and knew this would be a challenge, and but at the time the COVID thing was shutting everything down, and all our normal dealers were low on supply. Panic buying had cleared out all the people’s inventory, so the neighborhood was dry as a bone. I got a few seeds and tried to grow them simply out of dire need, and it went about love I had expected. I got more than two entirely weak, sour plants, and nothing else even sprouted, and finally 1 of the local cannabis dispensaries opened up for online orders and parking lot pick-up. I was counting our blessings that afternoon, even though the cannabis dispensary was still working the bugs out of the system. They were trying to adapt abruptly, because at the time we were all confused and scared about COVID and people were needing their cannabis more than ever. Within a few afternoons they got a new sales program installed on the website, so they could take direct cannabis orders from the online menu. They also set up a new Preferred Cannabis Customer program (or PCC) which would keep your card on file to auto-pay for future orders. In return for keeping your payment info on file, which helped them a lot, in return they gave 15% discounts on all cannabis orders, and free delivery. For me it was a no brainer to sign up for the program, because I had no intention of going without marijuana ever again.
