I am a entirely cool, calm, & collected person, especially in intense situations.
I worked at a pizzeria when I was a kid & the venue was robbed during our shift.
I stayed calm & relaxed & I managed to call the police while the perpetrator was still in the store & they caught him coming out the back door. I tell that story often when I have job interviews. I feel entirely proud that I was calm in the face of danger. I started laboring at a cannabis shop six months ago & this weekend our calm reactions were diagnosed again. A customer came into the dispensary to pick up an online order. The orders in the store were mixed up & we did not have the online marijuana order ready. The customer was miserable & irate, just because we asked him to wait 5 minutes so we could pack everything up in a bag. Both of us weren’t out of any of the items in his order & the wait was truthfully just a few minutes. The men started to get loud & sad & another customer decided to get involved. I politely asked the customer to stay out of it, however both men were miserable & started yelling at each other. The security guard came over & broke up the fight, but I was calm & relaxed the entire time. My boss told me that I am just the style of material that the cannabis dispensary needs for a director trainee. I would adore to make this our career, so I look forward to a promotion & more responsibility.
