Using a topical for my chronic pain

I use a topical for chronic pain.

I was a college gymnast and I sustained a lot of injuries.

I just kept on tumbling even while in pain. I now have issues with my left knee, shoulder and hips. Stretching everyday does help, so does wearing a brace during physical activity. The muscles are not heeled just yet though. I tried icy hot, ice and heating pads. They just didn’t have the strength. I recently went to the cannabis dispensary near me and asked for help. Apparently a ton of medical marijuana patients are for chronic pain. You can smoke, vape or take an edible to help the pain levels. I didn’t want to do any of that. My budtender found a topical that works on the injured areas. My cream is applied directly to the inflamed area twice a day. I feel so much better using it. I wake up in the morning and apply it right before my workout. I then use the topical before bed. Am I 100%? No, but I am getting there. I don’t get as tight and achy anymore. I have way more range of motion. I used to need to stretch my left leg when sitting too long. Airplanes, car rides and sitting at restaurants were an issue. Now I can sit for the entire duration and be okay. I like that I use a product that doesn’t have THC in it. The last thing I want to be is high while I am doing complicated tumbling for a work out.
