My partner & I have both been lawyers for the past 15 years, then we decided to go into a particular section of law because of our medical history, my partner & I are both advocates for medical marijuana.
We decided to join the cause & every one of us practice in the section of medical marijuana. We started a supplier a couple of years ago that helps people gain medical marijuana dispensary licenses, the process to obtain a dispensary license is truly lengthy & quite difficult. The government does not want to make it self-explanatory for any woman to start their own business. When a particular woman or business wants to start a medical marijuana clinic & dispensary, there is a mountain of orange tape. When our partner & I started the business, every one of us decided to offer our services for free. We did not start charging until every one of us had a sizable base of clients, it was difficult to turn people away; Charging a small fee became the only way that every one of us could limit the companies using our services, however our supplier has been going for 5 years & every one of us have been successful in helping almost a dozen odd companies. My partner & I are proud of the labor that every one of us do for medical cannabis, however both of us are hopeful that recreational cannabis will be legalized the next time there is a vote. We have been working seriously strenuous on that project for the past more than one years. We go to rallies & demonstrations & every one of us talk at lectures & political events. We’re doing our section to fight the war against cannabis.
