Last week was a drama-filled fiasco at work! For the past two years, I have been working at the marijuana dispensary by the airport, and about six months ago, the manager was promoted to a district level position and I was promoted to the management position.
About a week after I took over, someone broke into the store overnight, then the police were there all day trying to figure out how someone entered the marijuana dispensary without being detected until they were getting ready to leave.
Things finally started to quiet down, and then Last yearI had to fire two of my best employees, i knew something was happening, because the boys were undoubtedly superb friends and then they suggested opposite shifts. I do my best not to get involved in the personal lives of my employees. I changed the schedule and did not ask a lot of questions! Just a handful of afternoons later, I heard some people gossiping in the break room. I instantaneously shut down the rumors. Last week I found out that all of the rumors were true, however but you boys have been arguing over a girl and everything finally came to a conclusion Last yearwhen the boys got into a fist argument in the parking lot of the dispensary. The girl came to the dispensary and started a bunch of drama. The guy started fighting in front of the buyers. I wasn’t left with any other choices after the display of aggression in front of a dispensary full of patients. The boys were undoubtedly superb employees and best friends until the woman got between them.
