Because I live in an apartment building, there are certain rules and regulations regarding pets.

Everyone knows that I have a dog. Most of the neighbors are happy to pet my dog and give him a friendly hello in the elevator. 3 months ago I got a new neighbor. The woman introduced herself to me and her name is Lucy. Lucy does not like dogs at all. She made it a point to tell me that the first time that we met. Lucy has been complaining to the apartment staff about my dog. Sometimes he barks during the day, because he has terrible separation anxiety. No one has ever complained about the barking in the past, but Lucy has complained to the manager on three different occasions. The manager asked me to meet with her in the office when I paid my rent on the first of the month. She suggested taking my dog to a daycare during the daytime hours. I checked into that and the cost is as much as it is for a child to go to daycare. That’s not an option for me. I talked to the vet about the dog’s anxiety. The vet recommended a CBD treat for dogs. The CBD treats only have a couple of mg of medicine and each one. I can give my dog four or five of the CBD treats in the morning before I go to work. The CBD treats are supposed to make my dog feel more calm. I used them on Monday, but the neighbors still made a complaint. There were no complaints on Tuesday and Wednesday. The neighbors thought I took my dog with me to work, so I guess the CBD treats are working.
