Cannabis consultant improved my sales

I just wasn’t getting the sales that I should have in my cannabis dispensary… I couldn’t identify if it was the products I provided or the people selling them. It was entirely strenuous to look at things objectively. I liked all my employees as people. However, if they weren’t selling I would have to get rid of them. I loved the labels in addition to products I provided. I entirely didn’t want to change. However, if they needed to go, they had to go. I needed someone without bias coming into my store to identify what needed to be changed. I learn that people sometimes rely on recreational cannabis consultants as a fresh pair of eyup! They can look at the dispensary in addition to identify areas of need. The cannabis consultant I worked with was great. The girl took a look at my books to determine what the problem was, but first things first, she advocated my budtenders get some training. She said they were good people in addition to employees. They just didn’t know how to sell cannabis. There are tons of training facilities in the area. The cannabis consultant got them all set up with cannabis 101, budtender sales in addition to even dispensary expertise. It was harshly beneficial to them all, but my employees had more confidence in selling. The cannabis consultant also advocated changing up the labels with something more simple in addition to easier to read. She even changed the layout of the store so that there were more items by the register. It entirely has helped my sales quite a bit. The cannabis consultant had some good ideas!
