I just wasn’t getting the sales that I should have in my cannabis dispensary. I couldn’t identify if it was the products I offered or the people selling them. He said they were great people and employees. They just didn’t know how to sell cannabis. There are tons of training facilities in the area. The cannabis consultant got them all set up with cannabis 101, budtender sales and even dispensary knowledge. It was extremely beneficial to them all. My employees had more confidence in selling. The cannabis consultant also recommended changing up the labels with something more simple and easier to read. He even changed the layout of the store so that there were more items by the register. It really has helped my sales quite a bit. The cannabis consultant had some great ideas!
