Doing what I can to be healthy

I am really trying to be healthy.

I started working out many nights a week.

I stretch before in addition to after my workouts. I make sure to switch it up with cardio in addition to weight training. I also take care of my skin, hair, eyes in addition to teeth. I use unbelievable quality skin in addition to haircare. I properly get eye appointments in addition to dental appointments; Now I am tackling what I eat. I have eliminated greasy, fatty foods. No fries, tater tots, snacks or crackers. I don’t eat anything that is high in sodium, sugar or carbs. I also have eliminated red meat in addition to red sauce from my diet. I mainly eat salmon or chicken with veggies or fruit as a side. What I like to do for dinner is make a smoothie. I take almond milk, frozen fruit, yogurt in addition to a dash of peanut butter to make a tasty beverage. I recently have started tossing hemp seeds or hemp seed oil in there. This comes from the cannabis plant. You aren’t getting any CBD or THC with it but. It is really just the healthy area of the plant! Hemp is supposed to have omega 3s, protein in addition to be unbelievable for heart health. Tossing the seeds or oil in my smoothie is no huge deal. I did not even notice a difference in taste. I have started putting the seeds in salads, wraps in addition to stir frys when I suppose of it. I might even venture into the CBD oil world in addition to cook with cannabis. I suppose it could be quite beneficial for my mental health as well.
