There was absolutely no way that I could pass out those shirts and expect my employees to wear them to work
I have been managing this particular marijuana dispensary for the past 3 years. A new owner but the company last month and the guy has made some pretty big changes. We have a much larger inventory now and we also offer free delivery services. The marijuana dispensary was offering delivery services in the past, but we were charging. The owner of the dispensary changed the whole look and feel of the place. He did not change the name of the dispensary, but it has a completely different look, feel, and vibe now. In order to show off the new changes, the owner bought brand new uniform shirts with the new logo displayed prominently on the front of the shirt. The new uniform shirts came to the store yesterday and I was going to pass them out to all of the employees at the end of their shift. I got one t-shirt out of the box and I was unhappy with the product. The t-shirts were made from a polyester blend instead of a breathable cotton. I put on a t-shirt in the bathroom and it felt very itchy and scratchy. There was absolutely no way that I could pass out those shirts and expect my employees to wear them to work. I put the shirts back in the box and I contacted the owner by email. I told the guy that there was a problem with the uniform shirts that he ordered for the marijuana dispensary. I didn’t go into a lot of details, but I suggested we return them for a new product.
