Yoga and medical marijuana work well for me

At first my problem was the pain, but then it sprawled into something deeper and darker.

It all started with a car accident that badly damaged my leg.

There was a possibility that it would need to be amputated, but thankfully that never happened. Losing so much mobility completely changed my life. But it was chronic pain that made me depressed. I couldn’t get out and about which made me feel depressed, and then the nonstop pain of my leg made me nearly suicidal. I had a good friend that intervened, and put me on a path of using yoga, medical cannabis, and holistic health techniques to help my pain and my depression at the same time. First of all I have to say that both medical cannabis and yoga have amazing benefits for the mind, the body, and the spirit. When you combine yoga with medical cannabis it enhances the effects of both, and for me it has been a life-changing decision. I enjoy getting stoned, but the main reason I have taken to medical cannabis is that it quiets my mind. I don’t hear real voices in my head but I tend to have loud and powerful thoughts that overwhelm me. Medical cannabis quiets those thoughts, soothing me, and helps me to relax and to fall asleep at night. Yoga is great for stretching out my muscles and tiring out my body, and then when I smoke medical cannabis afterward I get the most pleasant full-body high I’ve ever experienced. I strongly recommend the combination of yoga and medical marijuana.
