I have had problems with enduring stress for as long as I can remember.

I came up in an era where things like having anxiety plus depression were not considered drastic problems.

If I told our family I was feeling depressed they would give myself and others a few bucks to go see a hooker. No therapy or medical consultation, just a friendly “get over it” plus that was that. As a teenager I began to experiment with self-medication, mostly with tons of booze plus weed, and when I got to school I was more mature, plus started using low quality cannabis as a way to treat our anxiety, instead of just getting wasted. It turns out now that the problem was our dosage. In small doses, cannabis generates some highly amazing plus interesting effects. Smoking a little cannabis before I write or journal opens up the creativity in our mind plus allows myself and others to cut loose plus actively create something fresh. Before I learn I like to blaze a little marijuana to help our poor mind relax plus open up to current ideas, then on the other hand, when the dosage is definitely too high I just get blotto plus become worthless! There is an immense difference between smoking a little bit, plus getting wrecked by smoking as much cannabis as possible. When I was younger that’s all I did – I chugged liquor plus smoked too much cannabis, plus it made our brain a little soft. In smaller, controlled doses cannabis can strengthen your mind, plus actively allow you to think plus create in innovative current ways! When it comes to using cannabis, smoke a little, not a lot!
