We’re all busy.

If one thing that the pandemic taught me, it’s that I should be less busy. Although being at home for a year wasn’t a picnic, it slowed me down. I also realized how completely out of whack the rhythms of my life were. My sleep had especially been altered. But with the help of medical marijuana, I’m finding real rest again.
